The ground rules for buyers, sellers, businesses, advertisers and partners on E-Biz Vehicle Sales.
1. What E-Biz Vehicle Sales is
E-Biz Vehicle Sales is a marketplace and referral platform. We connect people looking for vehicles with dealers, private sellers, financing providers, insurers and service businesses. We are not a party to any sale, loan, policy or service agreement made between you and another user.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your login secure. Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraudulent listings or abusive behaviour.
3. Listings
Sellers and businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, condition, mileage and availability, and for holding the right to sell the vehicle. Listings that are misleading, illegal or duplicated may be removed.
4. Enquiries and consent
When you send an enquiry, your details are shared with the seller you chose. Financing, insurance and service introductions are only made where you have ticked the relevant consent box, and each consent is recorded with a date and the details shared.
5. Contact access fees
Business contact details are shown to customers only while that business holds paid contact access. Fees are charged through the payment provider's hosted checkout and access is applied automatically once payment is confirmed.
6. Advertising
Banner advertising is reviewed before it goes live. Advertisers are responsible for the content and claims in their creative and for holding the rights to any imagery used.
7. Partners
Partners may promote listings using their referral links. Commissions are paid on attributed, verified activity only. Spam, misleading claims and self-referrals are not permitted and may void commissions.
8. Financing and insurance
Any figures shown on the platform, including monthly payment estimates, are illustrative only. Rates, approvals and policy terms are set by the participating provider. E-Biz Vehicle Sales is not a lender or an insurer and does not provide financial advice.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and accurate, but it is provided on an as-is basis and may change, be interrupted for maintenance, or have listings that are out of date.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
