Plain-English detail on what E-Biz Vehicle Sales collects, why, and the consent that controls every introduction we make.
Consent comes first
Your contact details are only passed to a dealer, financing provider, insurer or service business after you tick the consent box for that specific introduction.
Only who you chose
An enquiry goes to the seller of that listing. A financing or insurance referral goes only to the providers you opted in to.
Businesses see less than you think
Businesses and partners see enquiry and performance data for their own listings. Partners never see customer contact details — only aggregated clicks and conversions.
Access is enforced in the database
Row-level security rules decide who can read each record, so access is enforced on the server rather than in the browser.
We never sell your data
Your information is not sold or rented. It is used to run the marketplace, deliver the introductions you asked for, and report on advertising and partner activity.
You stay in control
You can view every consent you have given, withdraw future consent, and ask for your account and data to be deleted.
What we collect
Account information
Your name, email address and phone number when you create an account or send an enquiry.
Marketplace activity
Vehicles you save, compare or enquire about, and the listings you create as a seller or business.
Enquiries and consent records
Each enquiry you send, and a dated record of the consent you gave, including exactly which details were shared and with whom.
Contact reference codes
When you reveal a phone number or start a WhatsApp message, we record a reference code and the time so both sides can trace the conversation back to a listing.
Advertising and partner activity
Counts of banner views and clicks, and clicks on partner referral links, used for reporting and commission attribution.
Payment records
Business fee payments are processed on the payment provider's hosted page. We store the amount, status, date and provider reference only — never your card number.
How we use it
- To show you relevant vehicles and let you save, compare and enquire.
- To deliver your enquiry to the seller or business you selected.
- To make the financing, insurance and service introductions you explicitly opted in to.
- To let businesses manage their own listings, leads and paid contact access.
- To report advertising performance and attribute partner commissions.
- To keep the platform secure and prevent misuse.
Who we share it with
The seller or business you enquire with, and any financing, insurance or service provider you consented to be introduced to. We also use service providers to run the platform: hosting and database infrastructure, and the payment provider that processes business fee payments on its own hosted checkout page. E-Biz Vehicle Sales is a referral and connection platform — it is not a lender, an insurer or a vehicle seller.
Your choices
- Review every consent you have given on the Data & consent page in your account.
- Decline financing or insurance introductions and still send a normal enquiry.
- Ask us to correct your details or delete your account and associated records.
